This isn't just a bit of plastic; it's the full kit and caboodle. You get the steering lock housing, the ignition switch, a fresh lock cylinder, and a key with a blank ID48 transponder chip ready for coding. It’s tougher than a mallee bull and fits a massive range of VAG vehicles.

Note for the legends: The transponder chip is blank. You'll need to get your local locksmith (or your own LARA app!) to code it to the car before it'll start the engine. Don't blame us if it just cranks until the battery dies—code the chip, mate!

⚠️ THE "MEASURE TWICE, CUT ONCE" RULE:

Before you hit the checkout, have a squiz at our photos and compare them to your current unit. VAG loved to change things up mid-model. Make sure the plug pins and the housing shape match your old one exactly so you aren't left high and dry with a dismantled dash!
