G'day! I'm Tony Steward from Locksdownunder!
I've been immersed in the world of locksmithing since 1987, working my way up and down the beautiful east coast of Australia. For me, knowledge is truly gold. Whether it's knowing how to tackle a job perfectly or understanding when to pass it on to someone with just the right expertise, that wisdom is key!
That philosophy is at the heart of everything I do, including this very site, Safes - The Ultimate Database (STUD), and my Automotive app, LARA. They're both designed to empower you with the knowledge you need.
Here at Locksdownunder, we're the proud custodians of this fantastic database, originally built on Gerry Forder's renowned Safe CD. We've taken that incredible foundation and made it even better, with the ability to continuously add new safe information as it comes to light. This project is a true collaboration of like-minded people, including many notable locksmiths and Gerry himself!
