BIT-LE

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Bit-le is a bitting logic puzzle game developed and published by Locksdownunder.

We respect your privacy and have designed Bit-le to require as little personal information as possible.

Information We Collect

Bit-le does not require you to create an account and does not request your email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, location or other directly identifying personal information.

Bit-le communicates with our game server to provide features such as Daily puzzles, Free Play, game results, statistics and leaderboards.

The app uses an anonymous player identifier and session information so that game progress and related game functions can operate correctly. Game-related information such as guesses, completion times, scores, puzzle progress and statistics may be transmitted to and processed by the Bit-le server.

If you voluntarily enter a display name for the leaderboard, that name and your game score may be stored and displayed publicly on the Bit-le leaderboard. You should not use your real name if you do not wish it to be publicly visible.

How We Use Information

Game-related information is used only to operate and improve Bit-le, including providing puzzles, validating guesses, maintaining game statistics, operating leaderboards and preventing duplicate Daily Challenge submissions.

We do not sell personal information or game information to advertisers or data brokers.

Information Stored on Your Device

Bit-le stores some information locally on your device, such as anonymous identifiers, game state and preferences. This allows the game to remember your progress and settings between sessions.

Support the Developer

Bit-le may provide an optional link allowing players to support the developer through PayPal.

Supporting the developer is entirely optional and does not unlock additional features, content or benefits within Bit-le.

Payments are handled externally by PayPal. Bit-le does not receive or store your payment card, bank account or PayPal login information. Any information provided to PayPal is subject to PayPal's own privacy policy and terms.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent user information.

Information required to operate Bit-le may be processed by the web hosting and infrastructure services used to provide the Bit-le server.

If you choose to use the optional Support the Developer link, you leave Bit-le and interact directly with PayPal.

Data Security

Bit-le uses HTTPS encrypted connections when communicating with its server. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect game information stored by the Bit-le service.

Data Retention and Deletion

Anonymous game and leaderboard information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Bit-le, maintain statistics and leaderboards, and protect the integrity of the Daily Challenge.

Because Bit-le does not require an account, most stored game information is associated with an anonymous identifier rather than a verified identity.

If you have submitted a leaderboard name and would like associated leaderboard information removed, you may contact us using the details below. We will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove the relevant information where possible.

Information stored locally by the app can also be removed by clearing Bit-le's app data or uninstalling the app.

Children's Privacy

Bit-le does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children. The game does not require an account or personal profile.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if Bit-le's features or data practices change. Any updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
